Trial, Pro, Team, and Department

Use this when

You want to understand what each HumVision plan includes before buying, or you are deciding which plan fits your team.

Trial

The free trial lasts 30 days. You need a confirmed email address to start it. No card is required.

What the free trial includes

• Sonar viewer, playback, and side-scan view
• Contacts, annotations, measurements, and maps
• The Export menu: GPS track (GPX and KML), waypoints (GPX), and bathymetry, ping, and intensity CSV

What the free trial does not include

• Side-scan mosaic generation and mosaic export (GeoTIFF and KMZ). Available on Pro and higher.
• The contact evidence board. Available on Pro and higher.
• The PDF report builder. Available on Team and Department.
• Sharing recordings and projects, the shared workspace, and live contact and annotation sync. Available on Team and Department.

If you start a Team or Department trial at checkout instead, you get that plan's features during the trial.

One trial per person

Each person gets one free trial, and it covers every plan. Starting over does not give you a second one:

• Email aliases count as the same address. Anything after a + is ignored, Gmail ignores dots, and googlemail.com counts as gmail.com.
• Disposable or temporary inbox addresses cannot start a trial.
• If your email address or computer already ran a trial for another account, the new account continues that earlier trial and it ends when the earlier trial ends. If the earlier trial is already over, HumVision says the free trial has been used and asks you to choose a plan.
• Deleting your account and creating a new one with the same email address does not reset your trial.
• Only a limited number of new trials can start from the same network each day.

When the trial ends

For 48 hours after the trial ends, HumVision still opens and you can review your recordings, but the Export menu is turned off. The sidebar shows Trial ended and the hours left.

After those 48 hours, HumVision returns to the sign-in screen with the message "This trial is no longer active." You cannot open the app until you buy a plan. Your recordings and projects stay on your computer. After you buy, click Refresh on that screen.

Pro

$99 — one-time payment

For individual operators who work on their own machines.

A full refund or a chargeback (payment dispute) ends the Pro license. HumVision stops opening on your computers the next time it checks in. A partial refund does not affect the license.

Team

$199 per year, flat rate

For a single SAR, dive, or water-rescue unit that shares recordings between operators.

• Up to 10 operators

Department

$499 per year, flat rate

For departments and larger multi-operator organizations that need the full collaboration workspace without an operator cap.

• Custom org profile, logo, and accent color

Team and Department trials

Team and Department checkout asks for a card and uses your one trial:

• You have never had a trial: you get the full 30 days. Your card is charged when the trial ends.
• Your free trial is still running: the plan's trial ends when your free trial would have ended, and your card is charged then. Switching plans does not add days. If less than about two days are left, you are charged at checkout.
• Your trial is already used: you are charged at checkout.
• The card or email already had a trial under another account: HumVision cancels the new subscription before you are charged and emails you. Check out again to subscribe without a trial.

You need a confirmed email address to check out.

About three days before a Team or Department trial ends, HumVision emails you a reminder with the end date and the price. To change plans or cancel before you are charged, open Billing in your account dashboard at gethumvision.com. If you cancel, access ends when the trial does.

Which one is right for you

If you work alone on your own hardware, Pro is sufficient. If you share recordings or annotations with a crew — even informally — Team gives you a shared workspace at a flat rate with no per-seat cost. If your organization has more than 10 operators or needs centralized department storage, Department removes the operator limit and adds org-level branding.
