Sign In and Start Your Trial
Create an account and start the free trial from the desktop app.
Use this when
You are opening HumVision for the first time and need to create an account and start the free trial.
Before you start
- You need an internet connection. Account creation and the initial sign-in both require network access.
- The trial lasts 30 days.
- If you already have an account, skip to the sign-in steps below.
Create an account
- Open HumVision. The sign-in screen appears automatically.
- Click Start a trial at the bottom of the form if the screen is showing the sign-in view.
- Enter your First name, Last name, Email, and a Password (minimum 6 characters).
- Click Create account.
- Wait for the "Account created!" confirmation. HumVision signs you in and takes you to the home screen.
Sign in to an existing account
- Open HumVision. The sign-in screen appears automatically.
- Enter your Email and Password.
- Click Sign in.
- Wait for the "Signed in successfully!" confirmation.
What you should see
After signing in, the main app opens with the home screen and a sidebar on the left. The sidebar shows your trial status, including how many days remain. While you are on a free trial, all features are available. When the trial ends, the app enters a 48-hour read-only grace period before locking.
If it does not work
- "Email or password is incorrect" — check that you are using the email and password you registered with. Password reset is available at gethumvision.com.
- "An account with that email already exists" — an account is already registered to that address. Click Already have an account? Sign in at the bottom of the form and sign in instead.
- "Password must be at least 6 characters" — choose a longer password and try again.
- "Can't reach the network" — HumVision requires internet to create an account and on the first sign-in. Connect to a network and try again.
- The form submits but nothing happens — check your internet connection. If the connection is good, quit and relaunch HumVision.
